We are Blogville

We are joining in with Stanley and Murphy and others for a "We are Blogville" census (sorta). 

As you know, my name is Lassiter Chase (my nickname is Lassie) I am the eldest male in our house which makes me the HEAD OF HOUSE.

Benji is my little Brother, his full name is Benjamin Gilligan, he is a bit clumsy and has some allergies and is afraid of thunder, butt other than that, everyone loves him. 


Now, on a serious note, Mommy got the scare of her life today!

Mommy was at work, Grandma wasnt home, and Mommy got a message from Grandma that someone said they saw on the news that our house was broken into.    Mommy panicked immediately.   She tried to turn on the radio to put on the news radio station, but she panicked and couldnt figure out the right buttons to push to get from FM to AM.

Then Mommy tried to do internet searches for the news stations but she kept typing things wrong, or the internet would pull up articles from the wrong states or something.  

Finally, Mommy was a nervous wreck and decided to try to call her neighbor, gasping at straws, because she didnt even know if that was the right telephone number for the neighbor via an internet search.   Luckily it WAS the right number and spoke to the neighbor.   Furst thing out of Mommy's mouth was -- did u hear my dogs barking, is everything ok?  The neighbor said everything was fine, the house looked fine, she didnt hear any police cars, no news vans,  no barking.  The neighbor didnt hear of a house being broken into on the news, butt the neighbor kept Mommy on the line and walked to our house with her cordless phone and checked the door and the gate, and everything was fine.

Mommy thanked the neighbor fur double checking fur her and giving her peace of mind.  Mommy was worried about us dogs most!

Mommy gave us the biggest hugs when she got home.


We are gonna give a pawsome notecard to the neighbor fur checking on us.
