Bowling Night

Welcome to the Blogville Ambulance for Guyz Night Out!

Guyz, in case you aren't familiar with Bowling, let me give a quick overview.

1.  There are 10 pins and 10 frames.  You can throw two times in one frame.

2. A strike is marked as an "x" on the scorecard. That's when you knock down all ten pins with one throw.  That counts as 10 points plus the points from your next 2 throws.

3. A spare is marked as a "/" on the scorecard.  That is when you knock down all 10 pins in a combination of 2 throws.  You get to add the points from your next throw to your score when you get a spare.

4.  Three strikes in a row is called a "Turkey."

5.  Each pin is numbered, and the 7 - 10 split is sometimes called "Snake eyes".

 I want to especially recognize all the Pugs who all bowled "Perfect Games" each with a perfect score of 300.   Congratulations to the Pugs on the Green & Purple Teams, they are: Bailey, Stella Rose, Maggie Mae, Hazel and Mabel!  They deserve a big round of barking, meowing, oinking and (whatever kind of noise bunnies make) applause.


I also want to acknowledge Walter from the Orange Team.  His bowling throw was "out of this world."  He deserves a big round of applause too! 


I, Lassiter Chase the Sheltie, (aka Dogtor Lassie) declare that Purple Team is the Official Winner and I want to congratulate Ruby and the Girlz for Winning the Bowling Battle. 

However since everyone did a fine job bowling, everyone who participated in the Event deserves an award.  Feel free to put this Bowling Award on your blogs, all you Bowlers and Cheer Squad!

This is Lassie and Benji's Mom.  Yesterday was the deadline to sign up for Party Crashing Bowling Event.

 

I present to you our newest team the Black Sapphire Team.  (And yes, they are wearing tiaras.) Bella, Roxy, Princess Leah, Sasha, Dory and Millie.

We wanted to list the bowlers that have signed up for the "Guyz Night Out" Bowling event on March 23rd in the Blogville Ambulance.

Bowling in the Blogville Ambulance

OK Guy'z listen up.   (Girls can't read this part.)

Have you heard from Frankie and Ernie... us boys are having a Blogville "Guy'z Night Out" on March 23, 2015.   That's right, no girls allowed!  Just us boys getting together and having a pawsome time! 

We are hosting "Bowling in the Blogville Ambulance." 

Since I am the Blogville Dogtor, I had a Bowling Lane installed in the Blogville Ambulance to help with giving out vision tests, you know to test how many bowling pins you see standing up, type of vision tests....

So guy'z, bring your balls if you got them!  Wait! What!  I mean, bring your BOWLING balls if you got them, and meet us in the Blogville Ambulance fur a fun night of bowling.
