We wanted to thank everyone for their comments on how to help Mommy with her work Blog. She hasn't had a chance to play around with setting a new email address for it -- butt that is her first priority after a deadlion she is on. (By the way, my dog blog is under Mommy's personal email address so us dogs aren't in danger of losing our blog because of Mommy's work email address going away.)
Yesterday a bunch of bloggers participated in Bacon's Show and Tell where humans talk about their childhood toys.
Mommy doesn't have this toy anymore -- butt this was her favorite. It was a 1972 Fisher Price Merry Go Round. When Mommy was little, there was a girl named Adelle who lived down the street. Adelle's family was poor and Grandma asked Mommy if there were some toys that she would like to give Adelle. Mommy gave the Merry Go Round to Adelle. Mommy is such a sweet person, eventhough Mommy loved that toy, she wanted to give that toy to someone who needed it more.

Anyway, now for a new toy.
Our blog friend Cocco the minipig has a shop on Etsy. When Mommy ordered a cat toy for a friend of hers, Cocco was very kind to send us two rope toys that he made. Anyway, Mommy finally gave us the rope toys to play with yesterday. These are pictures of Benji playing tug of war with Mommy with the rope toy. By the way, Benji won the Tug of War match. He is strong and nearly knocked Mommy off the sofa she was laying on while playing with him.

ReplyDeleteMom started a collection of Fisher Price LP toys and she has that one. She didn't have it as a kid, but they nephews and nieces have loved playing with it.

The Ticket-guy reminds me of this grumpy ole woman who had the roller coaster at our funfair, it's really the same mien :o) Isn't that nice, that this fabulous Cocco made two super rope toys for you, with his own hooves? What a wonderful friend he is!
