Our tribute to Mango

Our hearts have been aching all day because of the loss of our dear blog friend, Mango.

Many bloggers have written posts today to pay tribute to Mango.  We wanted to show our support as well and write a post in tribute to him too!

Mango was one of a kind!  He had a great sense of humor.  We will always chuckle and think of Mango whenever boy dog's inappropriately display our "lipstick" boy-part (as he called it), in front of the camera by accident!  He really knew how to make us laugh.  We respected him!  He made a Relentlessly Huge impact on us as well as many in Blogville!

Since Mommy was pretty much crying all day because of the loss of the Relentlessly Huge Mango.  She decided she needed some closure, and on her way home from work, she decided to drive by and find the street she saw once near our home.  She remembered seeing a street named "Mango" in New Jersey once.  She was a passenger in the car the time she first saw it -- so, she wasn't too sure where it was.

We know Mango lived in the state of Mass-achew-sets, and we can't get there from here. So, we decided the next best thing besides visiting his blog -- was to visit the "Mango" street in NJ to pay our respect to him.

So, on Mommy's way home from work, she drove by and of course the car behind her was tailgating her. She ended up passing the "Mango" Street sign and decided to turn down the next street to backtrack to "Mango" St. 

Funny thing was the street she turned down was called "Mango" too.   Mommy was like -- I thought I just passed the "Mango" Street sign, and now I see another "Mango" Street sign.   (Did Mango have 2 streets?)

It ended up being a "U" shaped street.  Butt, it wasn't called a Street -- it was called a "Court."  For those of you who don't know what a "U" shaped street is, out of respect, we wanted to use a term we thought the Mango would use --- just think of a "nommy" like a meatball and slice it in half -- and that's what the street looked like.

We were pretty impressed with the "Mango Court" in NJ, butt, we bet the "Mango Estate" in Mass-achew-sets is even better than his "Mango Court".

Mommy stopped crying and is smiling again thinking about all of the "Great Adventures" the Mango had at www.mangosgreatadventures.blogspot.com .

We were so honored to have been a competitor with him in Honey's Dancing with the Doggy Stars contest over a year ago -- and of course to have been an official competitor in the Mango Minster Blog Contest from earlier this year when we entered the "Working Stiffs" Category.

We are so fortunate that we had a chance to know you thru the blog, Mango!
