Operation: Pawsomefy Up Blogville's Ambulance & a Giveway

We are Blogville's newest medical team.  I am Dr. Lassiter Chase the Sheltie (aka Dr. Lassie) and my brother Benji is Blogville's EMT/Ambulance Driver.

We need your ideas in how to  Pawsomefy Up Blogville's Ambulance. (As in the tv show "Pimp my ride".)

We already know we want to put an 87 inch Flatscreen or Plasma TV in it.  And perhaps a mini-fridge.  Butt we totally need ideas on what else the Blogville Ambulance needs.

Of course this is all for the benefit of the patient.  Our number one priority is Patient's Safety, Care, and Comfort.   (*cough* Bachelor pad *cough* .)

Dr. Lassie and EMT Benji (Benji is performing a safety inspection on the bottom of the Ambulance in this picture.)

We are uncertain what features the Blogville Ambulance should have? What are your thoughts on the following?

- Lasers in case of an Alien Attack when transporting a patient?

- The capability to transform itself into a boat, in case any of our Aquatic Blogville friends need medical help?

-87 million count thread of some kind of sheet fabric for the stretcher?  Afterall we need the best for Blogville!

Any ideas you can come up with to customize or Pawsomefy Up Blogville's Ambulance would be greatly appreciated.

We already got a comment from our Blogville friend Oskar saying it should have a Bacon Dispenser in it!  That is a totally pawsome idea.  Of course!

BONUS - A GIVEAWAY FOR A PLUSH AMBULANCE DOG TOY

That's right -- we decided to do a giveaway to one lucky Blogville Commenter who lives on Planet Earth!  We looked online and there is actually a Plush Ambulance Dog Toy!  We found it on the Pampered Dog website.  Mommy ordered one toy Ambulance for us, and she ordered a second toy Ambulance for us to giveaway!  So if you want to enter the drawing for the Plush Ambulance Dog Toy with Squeaker-- please write the word "Plush" somewhere in your comment.   (It's kinda a small toy as you can see in the pictures, its about 4 inches long.) We are accepting comment entries until Friday, December 20th.  We will pick the one winner of the toy ambulance and list all the stuff the Blogville Ambulance has on Saturday, December 21, 2013, and we will ask the winner to email us their contact information.  If Mommy read the calendar right -- we think that's the furst day of Winter.  So, the Blogville Ambulance should be ready to roll with all it's Pawsome new features on the furst day of Winter.

Thanks so much for all your help in Operation: Pawsomefy Up Blogville's Ambulance.

Don't furget to write the word "Plush" if you want to enter the drawing for the toy ambulance.  And please write your ideas on how we should pawsomefy the ambulance.

  4. Dr. Lassie and EMT Benji,
We agree about needing the Bacon... That would work fur MANY species.. like Smelling SALTS... in case of Fainting...
Butt we ALSO want to suggest a nice container of FRESH GROWN CATNIP.. and how about a stash of Fresh BONES?
Do you have plenty of Stuffies with Beating Squeakers... to check HEARING and REFLEXES?
    And a MILK cooler.
Will the 87 inch TV be tuned to Animal Planet?

  5. Maybe the sire should play "who let the dogs out", instead of that annoying siren sound!

PLUSH seats are always good to have too.

  6. How about a beer and cheetohs fridge for when you have to rescue the Puddles? What about a cheeseburger grill for Ruby and Angel Pip?

  8. Wow, what a great event! I'll get this added to the BCC fur sure and I'd like to enter to win that cool plush toy. OMD it's an ambulance...how perfect! Congrats on your positions as Dr and EMT and I know you'll do a wonderful job. I think you need to have a supply of bandages and wraps with cool things like bones and mice and woof and meow all over them so anyone who's injured can still be stylish! BOL I would be sure that there are NO cones of shame on board. BWAR HAR HAR

  12. What is needed is a gunners' turret in the rear (with a plush cushion to sit on, of course) and machine gun. This would keep those ambulance chasing squirrel lawyers out of the picture.

  15. I think the "plush" ambulance is really nice. I think an ambulance should have a pizza oven on it cause you never know how far you will have to go and how hungry you or your passengers might be. I will be glad to provide the homemade possum pizza for the journey. I think it is a very "plush" idea.

  16. I think the "A" car needs a case of Depends cause I'd pee myself for a ride with a cute EMT. BOL......
High Speed Internet so we could surf the web.

  17. We think it needs:
turbo boosters to go really fast
Cloaking device so that we can go without being seen
A pinball machine to play when it isn't busy
a hot tub - that will help people relax. It would be good.
We think it needs wings to fly.
We thinks it should be equipped to hold any land animal (needs to be able to hold an elephant).
We wanted it to be big enough to hold whales (our Lady for some reason hates whales, she wouldn't want to save them, so we think we should).
Hope this helps. Hailey, the public defender and Zaphod, Lead Detective

  18. Well, it looks like you got you ideas, we gonna have to sell the ambulance and buy a full tilt tractor and 53 foot trailer to haul all that stuff, let alone any animals, Barharhar!

  19. Well first off we are really plushed to meet you, and hopes we nevers need this plushy little ambulance to come to our homes, well unless that bacon dispenser gets put in there then we just might fall down our plushy steps or something like that....we thinks you need a downy plushy comforter in theres so you can covers up any victims or lucky ducks that gets to ride in it.

  20. That would be very nice to get my very first dog toy :D And that PLUSH Ambulance looks nice. I think my dog visitors might like it :) Although, I'm afraid it's too small to our friend's dog which is Laika x Finnish Hound but it would be very fit to my brother's Boston terrier :D

  21. Aww you guys are so nice. I definitely vote for the 87 million count thread. I mean, better to ride in style right? Nice and warm and cozy is my motto.

I do, um, vote against the bacon dispenser.

You guys are so nice to do a giveaway! It would be wasted on me because I just don't know how to play with toys but I am sure one lucky dog will really enjoy that!

  23. I think you should put it in a bag with a heap of treats for a while so it gets that delicious meaty smell. (Dry treats, lol.) Don't put me in the draw for the giveaway, because it's too far to post to Australia.

BTW, couldn't get to your blog today by clicking on the comment you left on mine. Is something broken?

  24. This is a comment from Casey at Save the Boxers: What a great idea! I think that you definitely need a fully stocked bar... fur medicinal purposes, of course! And bandages with Scooby-Doo and Snoopy on them to make us feel brave. (Well, okay, there can be Garfield too for the kittehs!) Oh, and don't furget to install a hover-mode! That way you won't be blocked by debris in the road, you can just float right over it. And you can go over oceans and lakes and up in the air to reach ALL Blogville citizens who might need help.

    PLUSH!

  25. Beckett and Keltic think the ambulance needs plush heated and cooled doggie beds. You can never be too comfy. Treat dispensers are an absolute must. We love PLUSH toys!

    ReplyDelete
  26. Star Trek like transportation technology so the ambulance can move quickly from place to place. Plush seating and bedding for workers and patients so everyone is comfortable during transport. Verbal machines with bark activation so they work for dogs. Sounds like a great job for you two.

    What a great toy.
