e-Camping Vacation and WINNER

We are so excited to share with you pictures from our e-Camping trip.

Thanks everyone for filling out the survey and choosing stuff for our e-Camping vacation.

The results of the Survey showed the majority of votes said we should go e-Camping to Hawaii, we should get food Delivery to the Tent, and that we should play in a ballgame/sports.

The voting was so close between Hawaii and North Pole (Hawaii only won with 1 extra vote) -- we decided to go to both places on our e-vacation.

So that means...

We have TWO souvenir winners! 

 

Oreo & Chewy get the Hawaii Souvenir = Green Tiki Stuffie.

 

Sarge gets the North Pole Souvenir = non-melting Snowball.

 

We will contact the winners.

Those Tiki Statues in Hawaii are pawsitively amazing.  We found out that Tikis scare away stuff!  (Wonder if they scare away ninja squirrels?)

Those Hula Dancers did a pawsome job dancing without spilling the drinks in Hawaii!

 

 

 

 

Do you know they have like 87 flavors of Ice Cream at the North Pole -- butt we just got vanilla.

A "Mr. Peanut" Sand Sculpture was totally there in "Hawaii"  (Atlantic City, NJ) to watch our Beachball Volleyball game.

 

 

 

2) North Pole - Elf Ice Cube Skating. 

 

 

We totally helped out one of Santa's Elves fur Christmas in July and helped make ice cubes.  "Ice Cube Elf" is the elf who makes ice cubes by skating on the ice and cutting the ice into cube shapes.  Santa bobsleds around and collects the ice cubes and then Santa delivers the ice to the stores.

Thanks everyone fur voting and filling in the survey for our e-Camping adventure.  We were so excited to see what everyone selected fur us.

We will announce the winner of the Souvenir when we get back from our e-Vacation on July 25th.   We are packing really light fur our e-Camping trip, we are gonna RUFF it outdoors you know. 


On a totally un-related topic....

Did you know there is a man named "Chase" on the US 10,000 bill.  Since my middle name is "Chase" I was intrigued to find out about it since we have NEVER EVER seen a 10,000 bill.      The man who is on the US $10,000 bill is Salmon P. Chase.  (Wait, isn't a Salmon a type of fish?)  Salmon P. Chase was the Secretary of the Treasury during Lincoln's time.

I think I would look good on make-pretend Blogville Green Paper.  (Move over Salmon P. Chase  -- Lassiter Chase is in the house!)

 

 

  Unfortunately there isn't a man named "Gilligan" on any US currency.   Butt  -- on the US $100 bill is a man named Benjamin Franklin (statesman, inventor, diplomat.) Since Benji's first name is Benjamin we wondered what Benji would look like on make-pretend Blogville Green Paper....

We are Blogville

We are joining in with Stanley and Murphy and others for a "We are Blogville" census (sorta). 

As you know, my name is Lassiter Chase (my nickname is Lassie) I am the eldest male in our house which makes me the HEAD OF HOUSE.

Benji is my little Brother, his full name is Benjamin Gilligan, he is a bit clumsy and has some allergies and is afraid of thunder, butt other than that, everyone loves him. 


Now, on a serious note, Mommy got the scare of her life today!

Mommy was at work, Grandma wasnt home, and Mommy got a message from Grandma that someone said they saw on the news that our house was broken into.    Mommy panicked immediately.   She tried to turn on the radio to put on the news radio station, but she panicked and couldnt figure out the right buttons to push to get from FM to AM.

Then Mommy tried to do internet searches for the news stations but she kept typing things wrong, or the internet would pull up articles from the wrong states or something.  

Finally, Mommy was a nervous wreck and decided to try to call her neighbor, gasping at straws, because she didnt even know if that was the right telephone number for the neighbor via an internet search.   Luckily it WAS the right number and spoke to the neighbor.   Furst thing out of Mommy's mouth was -- did u hear my dogs barking, is everything ok?  The neighbor said everything was fine, the house looked fine, she didnt hear any police cars, no news vans,  no barking.  The neighbor didnt hear of a house being broken into on the news, butt the neighbor kept Mommy on the line and walked to our house with her cordless phone and checked the door and the gate, and everything was fine.

Mommy thanked the neighbor fur double checking fur her and giving her peace of mind.  Mommy was worried about us dogs most!

Mommy gave us the biggest hugs when she got home.


We are gonna give a pawsome notecard to the neighbor fur checking on us.
